We are looking for a reliable and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a specialist setting on a supply basis.
This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time opportunities depending on the needs of the school.
You will provide a mix of classroom support and 1:1 assistance, helping pupils access learning and develop key life skills in a structured and supportive environment.
You will support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition including Asperger’s, alongside speech, language and communication needs, as well as associated social, emotional and behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils in lessons and during structured activities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
* Assist with emotional, social and behavioural development
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver adapted learning

Requirements
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting SEN
* Confident, patient and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to adapt to different classroom needs
