Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
* Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
* Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
* Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to our business.
* Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
* Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
* Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
* Help define technical standards and support protocols.
* Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
* Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
* Support mobile device management and app deployment.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
* Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
* Experience with Intune deployment.
* 3+ years working in Azure cloud environments, ideally within professional services.
* Strong grasp of cloud computing and emerging tech trends.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience with Meraki Wireless and switching, Sophos XG Firewalls, Sophos Endpoint Protection, and Mimecast.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
