We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Co-ordinator / Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines service coordination, customer support, and administrative duties. Managing incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests. Raising job sheets and orders Liaising with customers Updating company databases Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Organising and coordinating employee training and certification requirements. Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling, or administrative role. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy.
