Job Details
* Pay: £45,000 per annum
* Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
* Duration: Permanent

Job Role
The Commercial Gas Engineer will work across various commercial and industrial client sites delivering fault-finding, service, maintenance, and breakdown support for heating and ventilation systems. Responsibilities include working on boilers, burners, radiant heaters, air handling units (AHUs), and related equipment. The role involves attending emergency call-outs, completing statutory PPMs in line with SFG20 standards, maintaining accurate records (both electronic and written), updating site log books, and managing subcontractors as needed.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Commercial gas service & maintenance experience
* FM PPM tasks, such as fire alarm checks
* ACS Commercial Gas tickets
* Full UK Driving Licence
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* HVAC experience
* Plumbing experience
* Electrical maintenance knowledge
