Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients at respective locations.
* Handle client correspondence and post.
* Prepare letters of authority for signing.
* Prepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations, ensuring they are actioned promptly and accurately within agreed timeframes.
* Accurately create and maintain client records in XPlan and any associated systems.
* Ensure all tasks are completed in line with established business processes.
Client Support
* Contribute to efficiency improvement initiatives and share best practices.
* Carry out other relevant duties within the remit of the role as reasonably directed by management.
* Undertake technical or other relevant training as required.
* Proactively develop knowledge of the industry and market. Maintain and record Continuous Professional Development (CPD) to build knowledge and skills.
Technical / Qualifications
* Full understanding of the end-to-end wealth planning process.
* Knowledge of financial planning products.
Systems / Internal Processes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience with XPlan (desired).
* Experience with Voyant (desired).
Regulatory Awareness / Compliance
* Understand and follow all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements for the role.
* Escalate any areas of concern or issue in a timely manner.
