About the Role
We’re hiring driven, articulate, and highly coachable SDRs to join a fast-paced, enterprise-facing sales team.
You’ll be speaking directly with senior HR and People leaders at some of the world’s most recognisable companies—so confidence, curiosity, and credibility matter.
This role offers a clear pathway into Enterprise Account Executive positions, with high performers regularly progressing into AE roles and reaching six-figure earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build qualified enterprise pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on inbound and marketing-generated leads
* Book and coordinate introductory meetings across multiple global time zones
* Qualify leads against clear criteria to uncover high-value enterprise opportunities
* Research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn, CRM, and sales tools
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to hit individual and team targets
* Maintain accurate, detailed activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
* Consistently generating high-quality enterprise pipeline
* Building credibility with senior stakeholders and internal teams
* Hitting or exceeding SDR targets
* Positioning yourself strongly for progression into an AE role
What You’ll Need
* 1+ year of outbound pipeline generation experience
* (SDR experience strongly preferred, especially enterprise-facing)
* A proven track record in sales or target-driven environments
* Confident, clear communicator with a creative approach to outreach
* Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, or similar
* High ambition, curiosity, and coachability
