The Role
Marketing Lead - Entry Level
Location: Based in Newport (with occasional travel to Church Stretton and Bridgnorth offices required)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
This is an entry level position looking for a Marketing Lead to take ownership of our marketing and communications activity. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for strengthening our local brand presence, increasing client enquiries, and supporting Care Professional recruitment through effective digital and community-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver integrated marketing and digital strategies aligned to business goals
2. Manage all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, and databases
3. Plan and deliver daily social media posts, campaigns, blogs, and case studies
4. Monitor and analyse marketing performance using analytics and CRM systems
5. Drive SEO, website traffic, and online visibility
6. Produce newsletters, e-marketing campaigns, and direct mail activity
7. Support community events, awareness campaigns, and business development activity
8. Liaise with local media and external partners
9. Work collaboratively with recruitment and community engagement teams
About You
Essential Requirements
10. Proven marketing experience with strong digital and social media expertise
11. Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, analytics, and marketing databases
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
14. Confident relationship builder, both in-person and online
15. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently
Qualifications
16. A degree in Marketing or other relevant field would be beneficial
