Enterprise Sales Director — Lead the GTM reset at a £300m PE-backed Platform
£150–160k base + double OTE (uncapped) | London hybrid (2–3 days/week)
We’re running a confidential search for three Enterprise Sales Directors to transform an exceptionally well-known brand used by almost all of the FTSE 100. On paper, it’s a powerhouse; under the hood, the enterprise motion is too transactional. Your mandate: fewer, bigger, better deals.
The opportunity
* Own one vertical and lead an established team of 5–9 AEs
* Target: £5–9m ARR
* Shift from one-off buys (low AOV) to high six/seven-figure, platform-led programmes
* Day-one autonomy to shape team & headcount; direct sponsorship from VP EMEA
What you’ll do
* Build a modern enterprise motion: multi-threaded pursuits, C-suite value cases, multi-year programmes
* Install operating rhythm: account & pursuit planning, pipeline standards, rigorous forecasting (MEDDICC/Command)
* Coach & performance-manage hunters; raise AOV and win-rate across the book
* Orchestrate complex deals with Legal/Procurement and align SE, RevOps, Marketing & Success
What great looks like
* Multi-year overachievement leading 5–9 AEs in complex enterprise sales
* Ownership of £5–10m+ enterprise book; proven step-up in average deal size
* Hands-on leader who can run the deal review in the morning and ride shotgun on a C-level meeting in the afternoon

* Fluent in enterprise methodologies (MEDDICC, Command of the Message) and pursuit discipline
