Marketing Manager - Chocolate

MacGregor Black are delighted to be partnering with a Global Leader in the Beverage Industry to appoint a Marketing Manager - Chocolate. This is a permanent, hybrid position based in the UK.
This role is pivotal in delivering B2B marketing plans that champion market-leading beverage solutions across foodservice, hospitality, and retail channels in the UK & Ireland.
Develop and execute UK customer marketing and communication plans, promoting a total hot beverage portfolio across B2B channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Support business growth through lead-generating initiatives, digital activity, and account-based marketing tactics, while equipping sales teams with tools to win and retain customers.
Lead the planning and delivery of trade events and sponsorships – from stand design and activations to pre- and post-event communications.
Develop creative campaigns across coffee, equipment, and complementary beverage products, collaborating with partners on co-branded activity, seasonal concepts, and product launches.
Oversee digital channels, including e-commerce and social media, to drive independent customer sales and raise brand visibility.
Manage brand launches, product strategies, partnerships, and other key marketing initiatives.
Coordinate agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
Manage the UK marketing budget, providing regular performance reporting and analysis.
Lead, mentor, and develop a Marketing Executive, fostering creativity and collaboration.
Motivated and creative marketer with experience in B2B, foodservice, FMCG, or hot beverages.
Degree or professional marketing qualification preferred but not essential.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to write clear briefs, evaluate creative work, and deliver campaigns end-to-end.
Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of digital marketing, including search and social channels, is advantageous.
Flexible approach with the ability to travel and adapt working hours when required.
