Nursery Room Leader Level 3 – 40 Hours – Up to £30,300
You will lead a vibrant room, delivering the activities and lessons that blend EYFS and child-led play, and support children as their learning environments evolve towards more structured pre-school routines.
The nursery is based in a converted house with age-specific rooms equipped with play furniture and a broad range of educational resources. Outdoor learning is built into the day, with a large garden and playground.

What You'll Need
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
* Proven room leadership experience in a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development stages
* Ability to lead staff, maintain room standards, and manage daily operations
Desirable
* Paediatric First Aid certification
What You'll Do
* Lead and manage a room team to deliver high-quality EYFS practice
* Plan and deliver a balanced mix of child-led and adult-led learning
* Oversee room routines, transitions, and daily organisation
* Monitor and record children's development and progress
* Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards are met
* Communicate with parents and support smooth transitions between rooms
