Application Support Analyst | SQL | Abingdon / Hybrid | £40,000pa – £45,000pa plus bonus & benefits:
MARS is working in partnership with a leading change & transformation consultancy who are based in the heart of Oxfordshire. This impressive business has grown 25% year on year, and due to this growth, and demand for their software solutions, they are looking to recruit a passionate and articulate Application Support Analyst into a new client support team.
On a day to day basis the Application Support Analyst is to respond to incidents, change requests and proactive monitoring to address the challenges impacting the client solutions. As a member of the team, you will mentor the junior members and assist the Client Support Team Lead in their continual improvement of Client Support. You will initially act as the first point of contact for our customers experiencing issues with solutions provide by the Software Engineering Team. Customer service is key to this role, and the Software Support Analyst will need to seek to fully understand the needs of the customer and have a real desire to help them get to a successful conclusion.
