The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Accounting Technician (or equivalent) with at least three years of relevant post-qualification experience
* Experience with at least one ERP implementation
* Strong computer skills, including databases and spreadsheets
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workloads
Responsibilities
The Accounting Technician will be part of a small team assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system covering finance, expenses, procurement, payroll, and HR modules. Responsibilities include data cleansing, migration, testing, reconciliation, process redefinition, training material drafting, cutover, go-live, and post-launch support.
* Assist with data cleansing and migration preparations
* Collaborate with business and vendors on user acceptance testing and issue resolution
* Reconcile data between legacy and new systems
* Work with managers and vendors to optimize business processes
* Draft tailored training materials
* Support cutover and go-live activities
* Provide post-go live support
