## Customer Experience Specialist (KAM) – aT1D**Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist (KAM) – aT1D****Location: South West + Thames Valley NHS region****About The Job** As Customer Experience Specialist within our Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) team, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a first-in-class therapy to patients across the NHS. This treatment represents potential for significant change in Type 1 Diabetes management.In this critical role, you'll utilize Key Account Manager capabilities to engage external stakeholders to drive system readiness and account activation across the NHS while coordinating & orchestrating cross-functional internal expertise to enable the successful introduction of this therapy.
