 
        
        A growing organisation that serves as a finance and operations partner for not-for-profits are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. They are a highly motivated and collaborative team who enjoy what they do. The role is offered on a full-time, hybrid basis, with four days in the Derbyshire office.
As the Finance Manager you will:
Lead end-to-end finance for a portfolio of charity clients across the UK. Each organisation is assessed based on its requirements, leading to a bespoke service.
Deliver management accounts, budgets, and year-end reporting.
Oversee payroll, reconciliations, donor reporting and funding proposals.
Provide financial leadership to Boards and Executive Teams, acting as a trusted business partner helping charities fulfil their missions with confidence and clarity.
We are looking for a Finance Manager with the following:
Qualified or qualified by experience.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
You will thrive in a varied workload and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including Board members.
A team player, adaptable and proactive, you will recognise the value that financial expertise brings to charities fulfilling their vital missions.
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 - £49,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications) plus 25 days annual leave + 3 additional days over Christmas & New Year + your birthday off.
