Client Services Director - Branding & Creative Agency - Leeds

Have you got an impressive track-record in commercial growth of client accounts, paired with continually success in driving YoY agency revenue growth paired with a strategic mind-set?

Key Responsibilities:
* Numbers first: Smash client fee targets while spotting opportunities to grow, reprice, and improve profitability
* Client development: Create and embed a culture of deep client understanding across the client services team, partnering confidently with brand leaders at the highest level.
* Team development: Lead, support, and inspire the client services team. Invest in people’s growth, career paths, and confidence.
* Agency leadership: Be a credible voice in strategic and commercial decision making. Contribute to agency strategy, direction, and budget setting.
* Champion creativity: Sell, support, and protect the creative product—ensuring briefs are tight, budgets work, and clients keep coming back for more.
* Sales confidence: Lead from the front in pitches, new business conversations, and proactive client development. Bring a track record (and ideally a black book) of relationships at the top level.
* AI advocate: Be excited by the potential of AI for creative agencies. Share ideas, test and learn, and help shape how we can leverage AI for stronger client partnerships.
* Brand expertise: Be fluent in brand strategy, design, and comms. Know how brands and agency ecosystems work—and how we as an agency add value.

As part of this role you will need to be open to being in the office 2-3 times a week for collaboration.
