Salary: £105,000 – £139,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role: As a Consultant in Geriatric Medicine, you will:
* Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care for older adults across acute, frailty, and community settings
* Lead and support frailty assessments, complex discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination
* Develop and lead pathways in frailty, falls, dementia, or ortho-geriatrics depending on your subspecialty interests
* Play an active role in teaching, research, and service development
* Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* Full GMC registration with entry on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT)
* CCT in Geriatric Medicine (or equivalent overseas qualifications)
* Clinical expertise in managing complex, multimorbid patients
* Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and leading service improvements
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A passion for providing holistic, patient-centred care to older people
