Description
Maintain and optimise mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.
Panama shifts (Days & Nights)
Conduct regular diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all automation processes.
Support the installation and commissioning of new automated equipment.
Monitor system performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
Provide technical support and training to team members as required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Profile
A successful Automation Technician should have:
Proven experience in engineering and manufacturing environments, particularly with automated systems.
Level 3 NVQ in an Engineering related field
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system improvements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
