Product Data Scientist/Analyst

The Role
You will play a key role within the product analytics team, partnering closely with product managers, engineering and commercial stakeholders. Your work will focus on understanding user journeys across the app and website, analysing customer behaviour, and identifying opportunities for product and feature development. Responsibilities include:
• Analysing digital customer journeys to understand behaviour patterns and pain points.
• Producing insights on customer segments, purchasing trends and marketing performance.
• Supporting experimentation and hypothesis‑driven product development.
• Building dashboards and self‑serve tools for product and business teams.
• Working with SQL and Python to deliver high‑quality, actionable analysis.
• Supporting insights for specific product areas, including digital payment features.
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience in product analytics or digital consumer environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to deliver end‑to‑end analysis.
• Experience working with digital data, experimentation and user behaviour analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable partnering with product teams and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience in consumer tech, ecommerce, marketplaces or similar customer‑focused sectors.
