Our client is a fast-growing food distributor based in Surrey with a mission to bring the finest food and drink from across the EU and the rest of the world to the UK’s top retailers and wholesalers while also seeking new ways to tackle environmental sustainability and to source healthier products., Supplying high-quality products into their customers, they are looking for a driven individual to help continue their exciting journey and take their success to the next level..
Therefore, they are now looking to recruit an Administrator to work in Procurement and Projects.
Main responsibilities include:
* Assisting in projects across multiple product categories
* Assisting in delivering projects on time to the desired objective
* Identifying new projects to help drive business improvements
* Handling various projects to tight deadlines across multiple disciplines
* Key coordination with internal teams and Suppliers and reporting on project progress
* Ensure workflow remains on schedule
* Create, monitor and manage critical paths
* Completion of product setup with Master templates
* Completion of purchase pricing with appropriate paperwork
* Arrange sending samples to customers/suppliers
The role is a full-time hybrid position with an average flexible two days per week required in the office Mon-Friday.
Flexible daily start times can be accommodated alongside a mixture of office and home working.
