Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner will include, but may not be limited to;
3. Develop and implement effective financial planning, reporting and analysis strategies.
4. Collaborate with various teams to assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
5. Provide insightful financial data to inform decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial processes and systems.
9. Provide financial input and advice on strategic initiatives.
10. Support the finance team in various ad hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
11. Not for Profit and Charities background.
12. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
13. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
14. Part qualified Accountancy.
15. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
16. Good knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
17. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
