About the Role
You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, speaking directly with customers by telephone and email. You will handle queries, resolve issues, and provide clear, professional support.
This is a hybrid role, with time split between home and our Canary Wharf office.
You will be part of a fast-paced contact centre environment, focused on delivering high standards of service.
Essential Requirements
You must meet all of the below:
Proven contact centre or call centre experience
Fluent in French, Dutch or Swedish at professional working level (one required)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Applications without the required language skills and contact centre experience will not be progressed.

Answer inbound customer calls and emails
Resolve customer queries clearly and professionally
Provide accurate information and support
Update customer records correctly
Follow company procedures and service standards
