Clinical Lead Nurse Nursing Home - Chesham
£26 per hour | Full-time (42 hrs/week) | 12-hour day shifts | Alternate weekends | Paid breaks

Were looking for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) for our welcoming, highly regarded Nursing Home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
This is a MUST-HAVE: you need previous Senior Nurse / clinical leadership experience (senior on shift, leading a team, audits/care plans, oversight).
The balance youve probably been looking for:
* 1 supernumerary day per week to focus on clinical oversight, audits and care plans
* The rest of your shifts on the floor as a nurse, leading by example and supporting the team

What youll need
* Active NMC PIN (RGN)
