Overview

River Island is looking for a highly organised, proactive Product Admin Assistant to support the Women 'swear Strategic Partnerships Product team with the day-to-day running of the department. This role is suited to someone who enjoys administration, organisation, and problem-solving, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support the wider team. You will play a key role in ensuring product information, orders and departmental processes are managed accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Strategic Partnerships Product team
* Raise and manage purchase orders and maintain accurate product information
* Maintain internal systems, trackers and departmental documents
* Coordinate samples and support product selection meetings
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and support smooth ways of working
* Support the wider team to ensure key deadlines are met


Qualifications

* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
* Able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an office environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach
* Adaptable, reliable and eager to support the wider team
* Someone who enjoys administration and keeping things organised
* Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
* Administration experience is a plus
* Experience within fashion or wholesale environments is a plus
