Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide constant monitoring and care for critically ill or unstable patients
* Support emergency, planned, and post-surgery admissions, communicating effectively with patients and families
* Prepare and check equipment for operating lists
* Follow the NMC Code of Conduct
* Perform patient observations and procedures such as blood tests and cannula fittings
* Develop care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals
* Manage patient admissions and discharges
Qualifications and Certifications
* Registered Nurse qualification
* Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience
* Recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
* Pass an enhanced background check
