Purpose of your role:

* You will represent Dee Set as the UK's leading provider of end-to-end retail solutions.
* Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Ensure profitable growth of existing business and develop new business opportunities.
* Ensure that our customer's needs and expectations are always met.


Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of accounts with major national retailers and their suppliers.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Broker successful transitions of new business into ongoing work.
* Recommend continuous process improvements based on changing customer requirements.
* Develop new opportunities into compelling commercial propositions.
* Monitor and deliver financial KPIs including sales and profitability targets.


Responsibilities:

* Identify opportunities to provide added value services tailored to retailer solutions.
* Develop and present compelling business propositions to customers.
* Confirm and liaise with customers to identify current and future requirements.
* Ensure all customer briefs are invoiced and tracked properly.
* Own and grow all aspects of commercials related to your accounts.
* Collaborate with internal support functions to meet or exceed customer requirements.
* Identify operational improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
* Work with line managers to develop new and existing business opportunities.
* Encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
* Provide regular account performance reports.


Skills and Experience:

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Customer-focused with a consultative and collaborative approach.
* Ability to build trust and develop lasting relationships.
* Proactive attitude with drive and tenacity.
* Understanding of customer needs and solution development.
* Financial awareness and ability to work within budgets and targets.
* Experience with major retailers or in account management preferred.
* Strong written, Excel, and communication skills, capable of operating at a senior level.


What’s On Offer:

* Hybrid role requiring weekly travel to our Stoke-On-Trent Head Office and client sites/stores.
* Full-time position: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
