A well-established and growing organisation based in Falkirk is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys a busy, hands-on generalist role and working closely with managers to deliver practical, commercial HR advice.
The Role
Reporting into the HR function, the HR Advisor will support the business across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to line managers.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance and capability
*
Managing HR casework end-to-end, ensuring best practice and legal compliance
*
Interpreting and applying HR policies and UK employment legislation
*
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention activities
*
Assisting with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements
*
Maintaining accurate HR records and contributing to HR reporting
*
Building strong working relationships across the organisation
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
*
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
*
Confidence working with and advising managers at all levels
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
*
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
