What success looks like in this role: You’ll be someone who thrives on getting things done, keeping jobs moving, costs controlled, and nothing slipping through the cracks. From reducing outstanding jobs using our Jira system to ensuring compliance is always up to date, you’ll play a key part in keeping our facilities operations running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Managing and logging incoming jobs via email and phone into our system Coordinating and allocating work to the maintenance team Scheduling contractor visits and chasing progress to completion Requesting and comparing quotes to secure best value Raising and managing purchase orders in a timely manner Keeping compliance documentation accurate and up to date across sites Maintaining organised physical and digital records Updating internal systems with job progress and contractor feedback Supporting the team with ad hoc admin, meetings and scheduling Contributing to weekly reporting and sharing progress updates What we’re looking for: Strong planning and organisational skills A customer-first mindset with great communication High attention to detail Experience with systems like Jira and Office 365 A can-do attitude with a proactive, resilient approach What you’ll get in return: Healthcare cash plan Your birthday off after 1 year of service Generous staff discount across all our brands Free onsite parking This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team where no two days are the same, and where your organisation and drive will make a real impact.
