Technical Services Manager – Client Side Role Overview: The Technical Services Manager will be responsible for mobilising a range of critical technical services across a new and large mixed-use campus. This includes the effective contractor management of Lifts, Access Control, and CCTV contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value for money. You will be the right hand person to the Technical Services Director, and you will work on the planning and execution of technical project works in collaboration with the wider Campus Estate Services Team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and innovative estate solutions.
