The Opportunity
We are now seeking a
dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager

What You'll Do
* Lead proactive
outbound business development
— identifying, engaging, and closing new opportunities.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with clinic owners, beauty directors, and aesthetic professionals.
* Deliver persuasive
consultative sales presentations
(virtual and in-person) tailored to client needs.
* Work closely with marketing to convert high-quality inbound leads into loyal clients.
* Represent Derma Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and exhibitions to
expand brand presence

* Provide product and treatment training to clients (full training provided).
* Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and track growth.
* Contribute to the
future growth strategy
, including recruitment and mentoring of additional sales talent as we scale.
About You
* Proven track record in
sales or business development
— ideally within aesthetics, beauty, medical devices, or related industries.
* Natural ability to
build rapport and open doors
, with confidence in both outbound sales and relationship management.
* Consultative, client-focused approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Self-driven, ambitious, and hungry to

* Experience with aesthetic device sales or treatments is a strong advantage.
