Quality & Compliance Manager
Salary: £18,135 for 22.5 hour week. Part‑time position, permanent contract. 22.5 hours/week, to be agreed across 3‑5 days/week. Location: Dundee, office based.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Forfar Agency, which serves its core area of Angus & Dundee.
About the Role
This is a crucial role ensuring that the agency exceeds its regulatory obligations and maintains high quality standards, also involving support duties enabling the Agents and other team members to maximise time spent serving existing and prospective customers.
* Assessment of customer phone calls
* Preparation for audits and monthly compliance returns
* Management of our accounts system, including client contact to resolve issues
About You
* Experience of working in a busy, team environment
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Previous coaching and development experience
* Systematic and organised with attention to detail
* Polite, professional manner, confident on the phone and with IT
* Numerate
* Articulate, both verbally and in writing, with good spelling and grammar
* A passion for process improvement
* Experience of working in a regulated environment desirable
Our Commitment to You
Full training and ongoing support will be provided, including attaining the necessary NFU Mutual Training & Competency Supervisor licence and any relevant product licences to this role.
