Your environment will shift from the azure waters of the Greek Islands to the opulent ports of Monaco and the sun-soaked decks of Ibiza. This role offers a rare opportunity to practice high-level acute care within a mobile, luxury setting.
The Team: You will operate within a structured medical department, reporting directly to a Lead British Doctor. The team dynamic is reinforced by Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort, ensuring that you have constant professional support and clinical backup.
The Safety: We are committed to preventing fatigue in high-stakes environments. You will work a dedicated double-nurse shift system, ensuring equitable distribution of duties and guaranteed rest periods, allowing you to maintain peak performance without burnout.
The Process: We respect the logistics of hiring from the UK. The selection process is conducted entirely via a secure online platform, enabling you to complete interviews and vetting remotely before deployment to the Mediterranean.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Education: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
* Experience: 4+ years of rigorous experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
* Language: Native English speaker or C1 fluency is required.
* Attributes: Resilient, professionally presented, and capable of discreet service.
