Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) £38.5k + Benefits Northamptonshire Our client is a leading 3PL in the UK and we are delighted to assist them in their search for a Warehouse Shift Manager at their RDC in Kettering, Northamptonshire, on a 4on, 4off shift basis (12hour shift, 7pm-7am). Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, you will be expected to manage the day to day running of your shift to achieve site KPIs, providing leadership and direction, driving a culture of continuous improvement (CI).
