Introduction
We’re partnering with an ambitious start up Events Agency who are at the forefront of women’s health, sport and wellness. They are looking to hire a Founding Designer in London, England.
This Founding Designer role sits at the heart of a fast-growing organisation building global events, accelerator programmes and partnerships designed to improve health outcomes for women worldwide.
Their flagship events bring together healthcare startups, investors and industry leaders. This is a really exciting time to join this business as they have global organisations sponsoring their expanding international events.
Now, as the business evolves into a wider platform of products and programmes, they’re looking for a Founding Designer to define how the brand shows up to the world.
The Opportunity
This Founding Designer role offers full ownership of design across the business.
* You’ll shape the visual identity of the company and its growing portfolio - from brand systems and event environments to digital products and commercial materials.
* Working closely with the founder and marketing team, you’ll lead UX/UI across their Webflow website, improve digital conversion, and design the creative direction for global summits and partnerships.
* It’s a rare opportunity to build a design function from the ground up in a mission-driven company addressing one of the world’s most underserved healthcare markets.
About You
You might be the right Founding Designer if you bring:
* 5+ years experience in digital, UI/UX or brand design
* Strong experience designing websites and digital journeys
* Tools including Figma, Webflow and Canva
* A systems-thinking mindset - able to build scalable design frameworks
* Experience designing brand assets, event environments or campaign materials
* Confidence working closely with founders and leadership teams
* A positive, proactive approach - someone excited to build something meaningful
