We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy and growing organisation. Reporting into the Coordination
Manager, the main function of the role will be to provide our customers with excellent service from order receipt to supply of
materials and/or service through to invoicing within a timely manner ensuring they are managed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritise your own workload
* Handle customer service tasks within a busy environment, including POD retrieval, delivery progression and general customer
queries on orders or invoices.
* Ensure the customer is responded to in a timely manner
* Understand and action reports (where required)
* Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly and in line with GDPR regulations.
* Handle multiple customer orders and queries in progress
* Coordinate, manage and bring together multiple elements of a job/project.
Required experience/skills/qualifications:
* Confident communicator
* Good Telephone manner
* A team player
* Good time management skills
* Can multitask and manage/prioritise own workload
* Excellent data entry skills
* Minimum A-C grade Maths and English
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft office
Desirable Skills/experience
* Basic knowledge of SAP
* Holds a full and valid UK driving licence
