What you'll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of SME to mid-market commercial clients
* Handling renewals, MTAs and new business enquiries
* Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
* Using Acturis to process and manage cases accurately and efficiently
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team culture
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handling role
* Strong working knowledge of Acturis
* Confident communicator with excellent client servicing skills
* Knowledge of a wide range of commercial insurance products
