We have an excellent contract opportunity for digital media manager
responsible for managing our client's always-on display and social media strategy, working with our client's media and DCO agencies to deliver a test & learn roadmap that delivers incremental performance for our client.

Accountabilities
* Manage client's always-on display and social media investment with a focus on driving incremental performance uplift.
* Work with our client's Campaigns and Commercial Planning teams to ensure display and social channels deliver key commercial priorities.
* Work with the media and DCO agencies to deliver a digital Test & Learn framework, utilising Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO)
* Analyse performance data to identify optimisation opportunities across creative and media levers
* Work with client's Capability Manager to develop a reporting platform to measure digital performance and support weekly reporting, insight and optimisation decisions
* Be the principal admin for digital activation and reporting platforms (Google DV360 and CM360)
* Support measurement and analytics stakeholders with digital media data requirements where required
* Work with Capability Manager and Digital Product team to recommend and support on-site tagging requirements
* Manage approved and blocked site lists and monitor brand safety and inventory quality across display and paid social
* Manage Digital Performance Evaluation Framework (DPEF) to agree Looks and CPLk goals and track them over time

* A deep understanding of Google DV360 and CM360 platforms
* A proven ability to derive insight from data and make optimisation recommendations accordingly
* A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem including success metrics and KPIs
* Able to work collaboratively within a matrix organisation
* Confident at presenting insights and recommendations with convictions to a wide range of stakeholders
Qualifications / experience
* 5+ years agency/client-side experience planning and implementing programmatic and paid social media strategies
* Experience managing DCO campaigns
* Experience with: Meta, Google (YouTube, not Search), Display advertising, TikTok (beneficial)
* Experience in managing different market like US, UK & India.
