Bright Purple are working exclusively with an established, highly regarded Engineering business to appoint a Managing Director.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity, not a caretaker role. The business has strong foundations: an established client base, skilled operational teams, and a reputation built over many years in the industry. What it needs now is a commercially driven MD to take ownership, accelerate revenue growth, and build on what's already there.
We are looking for a commercially driven leader who will take full ownership of the business and drive meaningful, sustainable revenue growth.
What you'll be responsible for
1. Full P&L ownership;accountable for revenue targets, margin, and profitable growth across the division
2. Commercial leadership;developing and executing a growth strategy that opens new markets, wins new contracts, and deepens existing client relationships
