Job Title: Sales Support Manager
Position Overview: The Sales Support Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales support team, ensuring that the sales department has the tools, resources, and support needed to meet business goals.
Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of sales support professionals to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Provide support to the General Manager on generic sales administrative tasks.
* Develop and implement streamlined processes for lead management, order processing, and customer onboarding to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Generate regular sales performance reports and analyse key metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision‑making.
* Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals across the organisation.
* Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of sales tools and technology to ensure that the sales team has the resources they need to succeed.
* Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the sales support team to ensure high performance, professional growth, and knowledge of industry best practices.
* Act as a point of contact for resolving customer inquiries or issues related to sales processes, product availability, and order fulfillment.
* Ensure that sales processes, procedures, and best practices are clearly documented and followed across the team.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the CPG or toy industry.
* Retail experience at store level or retail planning experience is an asset.
* Experience in managing or mentoring a team.
* Customer‑driven approach with a “go‑getter” attitude.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce is an asset.
* Demonstrated organisational, planning, and communication skills to a high standard.
* Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, and read POS reports.
* Full clean driving licence.
Team & Work Environment
The Sales Support Manager reports to the General Manager. Spin Master works in a hybrid model with 4 days per week onsite.
