Finance Administrator (Part-Time)
16.5 hours per week | Flexible across 2-3 days | Location - Newport
Department: Accounts | Reporting to: Accounts Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a fantastic team on a part-time basis. This is a flexible role offering 16.5 hours per week, worked over 2 or 3 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase and Sales Ledger duties
Invoice processing
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable support
Cash book entries
Data entry and record maintenance
Maintaining organised filing systems
General office administration as required
About You:
Previous experience in a finance or accounting environment (essential)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with electronic accounting/finance systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
