Teaching Personnel are working closely with a warm and inclusive primary school in Wimborne to recruit an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Year 2.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with strong SEN experience who is passionate about helping children thrive both academically and emotionally. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team who place pupil wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

The Role
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil
* Supporting learning, engagement and emotional regulation
* Implementing strategies set by the SENCO and external professionals
* Encouraging independence and confidence
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
* Full-time role starting as soon as possible

* Proven experience supporting children with SEN
* Patient, nurturing and resilient
* Confident using behaviour and emotional support strategies
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Committed to making a long-term impact
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service preferred (or willing to apply through Teaching Personnel)
