Job Title: Domestic Assistant
Location: Waterloo Lodge School, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6 7AX
Salary: £5,825.00 per annum - £12.50 p/h (not pro rata)
Hours: 10 hours per week; Monday - Thursday 15:30-17:30 & Friday 14:30-16:30
Contract: Permanent, Term Time plus Two Weeks

We are looking for two part-time Domestic Assistants to join our team at Waterloo Lodge School in Chorley, Lancashire.
About The Role
The post holder will undertake, as part of the team, the cleaning of designated areas to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school on a daily basis, ensuring all work is completed with due regard to Health & Safety requirements.
Some duties include cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, washing, dusting, polishing surfaces, emptying bins, waste removal, including recycling, and ensuring standards and procedures are followed.
To undertake a Deep Clean, including additional tasks such as cleaning skirting boards, walls, internal and external glass, each cleaner will be responsible for an area and will be expected to clean to set standards and frequency.
Report any defects affecting security or health & safety to Line Manager, such as broken windows.
