Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery in line with SOPs and work instructions Conduct visual and physical quality checks to ensure product excellence Accurately complete production and batch records Handle raw materials and chemicals safely and efficiently Load/unload goods and support general warehouse duties Keep a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the workspace Report equipment issues and assist with factory maintenance Support continuous improvement and safe working practicesShift Patterns 3-Shift Pattern Week 1: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm Week 2: Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am Week 3: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pmSalary: Starting salary: £27,474.30 £30,313.22 p.a.
