You’ll be paid a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Support the senior planning analyst in ensuring the site has adequate resource capacity to deliver customer requirements
* Build strong links between the internal and external teams through provision of relevant, accurate and timely information
* Ensure all schedules and plans are rolled out effectively by accurately tracking and logging daily schedules, timesheets rotas and reports
* Liaise with operations and other stakeholders to ensure business goals (KPIs and CI initiatives) are met
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* You’ll have experience in a fast-paced administrative role, dealing with multiple deadlines and priorities
* Strong IT skills (particularly Excel) & knowledge of WMS systems would be advantageous
* Excellent analytical, planning, communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to produce high quality and accurate work against specific deadlines
