About Us:

1314 Electrical Services Ltd is a dynamic and growing electrical contracting business based in Central Scotland. We deliver high-quality commercial and domestic electrical solutions, including smart technology and renewable energy systems. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Administrator to join our busy office team.

Job Purpose:

As Administrator within an electrical Contracting Company, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our projects and field operations. You will support our Senior Management, electricians, and office staff with scheduling, procurement, compliance documentation, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to Senior Management, Office Staff and on-going projects
* Process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
* Maintain accurate records of site documentation and compliance certificates
* Coordinate and manage job scheduling
* Liaise with staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
* Support health & safety and accreditation documentation processes
* Assist with job sheets, timesheet and Mileage tracker
* Ensure project files are kept up to date and compliant with industry standards

Requirements:

* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within construction or electrical industry)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Knowledge of electrical terminology or systems is desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with job management software (e.g., SimPRO) is an advantage
