As a Principal Application Lead (HCM), you will:
* Oversee the strategic development and management of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
* Shape application roadmaps and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers to prioritise enhancements, land new capability, and ensure adoption through clear communication, training and hypercare.
* Ensure HCM systems support business change and maximise digital capabilities across the organisation.
What we're looking for:
* Professional or academic qualification in a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Deep hands‑on experience of Oracle Fusion HCM in a complex organisation, including configuration, updates, and environment management;
* Confident in supporting HR, Payroll, and related HCM processes to ensure smooth operations, user satisfaction and enabling business change
* Strong understanding of digital capabilities and enterprise architecture principles.
