responsible for reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment across our 2 site, ensuring health and safety standards are met, they will work with our Factory Manager to carry out all our purchasing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment across our 2 site, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Reactive and Preventative oversight of building maintenance. Liase with third party suppliers when required suppliers
* Continue good supplier relationships and manage communications with suppliers of our machinery.
* Maintain all maintenance procurement requirements, including sundries and routine servicing.
* Uphold ethical business practices, maintaining the highest standard of integrity in all business relationships.
Essential Skills

Welding experience
Machine experience
Lathe/milling machine
Hydraulics/pneumatics Level 1 + 2
Gas/ electrical and Lev certification knowledge
* You have previous experience in general building maintenance
Desirable Skills
* You have previos experience in maintaining machines in the steel, wood or fabrication industry
* You pride yourself as being flexible, reliable and confident working independently or as part of a team
* Capable of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
