Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Accounts Administrator, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of the finance office. Responsibilities include:
9. Managing supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queries
10. Processing sales invoices
11. Providing administrative support to operational staff and management
12. Answering iing calls to the finance office
13. Carrying out general finance office duties as required

Desirable Skills & ExperienceWe’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
14. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
15. Ability to learn new financial and operational software
16. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (beneficial but not essential)
17. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
18. High levels of initiative and energy
19. Strongmunication skills and a solid work ethic
