Your New Role
As a Post Design Support Engineer, you will work with a team of talented engineers dedicated to developing, testing, and equipping pilots worldwide with cutting-edge Pilot Flight Equipment and Survival Technologies.
The Experience and Skills You Will Have
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a customer relationship coordinator.
* Engaging with customers via various channels to ensure clear, concise, and empathetic communication to resolve issues satisfactorily.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems reported by customers and collaborating with internal teams for resolution.
* Supporting the Quality and Safety teams by coordinating investigations.
* Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and generating reports to address recurring issues and enhance system reliability and safety.
* Providing product training and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions to build a proficient support team.
* Maintaining and reviewing documentation, including manuals, modification leaflets, and engineering change requests.
* Participating in product qualification and testing.

Additional requirements:
* Must have a valid passport and full driving license.
* Global and UK travel is essential.
* Proven experience as a Pilot Flight Equipment/Survival Equipment Technical Trainer or Maintainer, with recognized instructor qualification.
* Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and adapt to diverse learning styles.
* Interpersonal skills for creating a positive learning environment.
* Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and adapting training methods.
* Patience and supportive approach for trainees.
* Organizational skills for preparing materials and managing schedules.
* Ability to stay updated with industry technologies and trends.
Experience and Qualifications
* University degree in Engineering or Aerospace (desirable).
* 2-5 years of comprehensive engineering experience.
* Product Safety and FMECA/DFEMEA experience.
