An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to lead our Drug & Alcohol Recovery Service team covering East & Mid Ross and Nairn.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Team Leader who can provide strong clinical leadership, advanced practice, and effective daytoday service coordination. You will oversee local drug and alcohol recovery team staff, delivering recoveryfocused, traumainformed care across a broad rural locality.
Key responsibilities include:

Providing professional leadership, supervision and support to nursing staff
Managing a specialist caseload of individuals with complex needs
Delivering advanced clinical assessment, decisionmaking and nonmedical prescribing
Leading quality, governance, service improvement and workforce planning
Working in partnership with HADP, Public Health, Mental Health, primary care and thirdsector organisations

You should have:

Current NMC registration (RN Adult or Mental Health)
Degreelevel qualification and relevant postregistration experience in drug/alcohol recovery practice
NonMedical Prescribing qualification
Strong leadership, communication and problemsolving skills
Full UK driving licence
