What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maximise their experience. Your role will include:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via various channels
* Resolving issues and providing effective solutions
* Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery
* Keeping customers informed about product features and updates
* Contributing to a positive and friendly team atmosphere
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential
